4 REASONS WHY I LOVE OUTDOORS SO MUCH

Sitting all day at home doesn’t do any good to my health. On the other hand, outdoor activities make me feel active and creative. There are people who hate to engage in outdoor recreation and I am certainly not one of them. If I could sell my home here in the city and move to the countryside right now I would.

Moving out of the four walls of my house exposes me to fresh air and pumps me up with renewed energy. It works like a therapy and is one of the cheapest and most effective ones. Outdoor activities make my life fun and enjoyable. Breathing fresh air prevents me from various harmful diseases, thereby helping me save money.

It has been scientifically proved that, in spite of the threat of getting skin cancer exposure to the sun helps to make the bones dense. The sun rays transfer Vitamin D into our body, which helps in the calcification of the bones. Exposing myself to fresh air helps me get rid of all the impurities that I may have inhaled indoors.

When I engage in outdoor activities like shopping or playing games with my family or friends, I unconsciously reenergize my bonds with them. Talking to my friends over the phone makes me feel happy, but those moments spent with my friends when we hang out or go on a holiday are worth a lifetime memory.

These activities make me more intelligent and improve my thinking ability. I get to hone my skills in the games that I like. There are a number of interesting activities that outdoors has got for me- skateboarding, skiing, gardening, cycling, swimming, hiking, jogging and many more.

Most importantly, I never miss a chance to appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature. This gives me a sort of rejuvenating and memorable experience.
